As part of DEM’s commitment to fostering a Culture of Belonging, we design intentional programming to support all DEM team members. This includes collaborating across the division to create opportunities for meaningful professional development and time to connect with colleagues who share similar goals. By ensuring we all feel valued and empowered to grow, we build an inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive.

For the last series of our 2026 Well-Being Task Force programming, we will focus on Occupational Wellness. This dimension of wellness includes setting and achieving your career goals in a healthy way, embracing opportunities for growth, and building supportive relationships that contribute to both personal and professional success.

Join this interactive, 1-hour virtual session focused on career wellness. We will hear strategies for career development, planning, and long-term career management while reflecting on our own personal and professional goals. Through engaging in a career assessment, you’ll gain insights into your interests, skills, values, or personality style. The session will conclude with an overview of professional development opportunities and available Employee Career Counseling Program resources to support continued growth and career success.

This session will be led by April McHugh, Director of the Employee Career Counseling Program.
