TTC is starting to gain speed. Campus Forums in November.

UW–Madison and UW System are engaged in a redesign of job title and compensation structures. The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project goals are to:
  • Develop mechanisms so that employee contributions can be more easily recognized and rewarded
  • Clearer identification of career development opportunities
  • Compensation structure and benefits will be market-informed
  • There will be an ongoing title and total compensation review cycle
  Timeline October
  • Division Human Resources maps current job titles to new Standard Job Descriptions (SJDs) [initial mapping]
November
  • TTC team reviews Division mapping for alignment
  • HR Training and Manager training
  • Standard Job Description (SJD) library will be posted on-line November 11
  • TTC Campus Forums for all employees
