RO Welcomes John Ford!

The Office of the Registrar welcomes John Ford as the new Director of Student Enterprise Applications as of November 1, 2019. The Director of Student Enterprise Applications will lead the Applications Development and Student Systems team within the Office of the Registrar and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the team. The Director provides leadership and direction in the alignment, integration, and development of technological improvements, particularly within the Student Information System (SIS), as well as other enterprise systems maintained by the RO.  John will be working closely with the other technical leads in the Division of Enrollment Management, Bursar’s Office, and Division of Information Technology to further enhance SIS Governance and develop a strategy for the evolution of our Student Information System. John brings with him a wealth of experience in various technological fields and operational systems both within and outside the university. Most recently he has worked as the Deputy Director of Academic Technology within the Division of Information Technology. John’s familiarity with operations implementation, service management, and strategic IT focus will be a great addition to the work of the RO and DEM.
