Celebrate National Transfer Student Week!

October 19-23, 2020, is National Transfer Student Week. Join the Office of Admissions and Recruitment and the Transfer Transition Program as we celebrate future, current, and past transfer students. The Office of Admissions and Recruitment hosted a Transfer Information Session on October 20 and will share a variety of videos throughout the week to address transfer questions and celebrate our students on social media. A video celebration for transfer students will also be shared out from the team in the Office of Admissions and Recruitment. The Transfer Transition Program is offering a variety of programming for National Transfer Student Week as well. These include a website dedicated to the week at transfer.wisc.edu/ntsw/. The website features Transfer Acts of Kindness, where you can let someone know what a great job they are doing through an email sent by the Transfer Transition Program. You can also participate in Transfer Words of Encouragement and offer positive messages to first semester transfer students at UW–Madison to be shared on their web feed and Instagram.
