Discontinuation of DEM COVID Onsite Log
Effective immediately, team members who are onsite do not need to complete the DEM COVID Onsite Log.
This change was made since its no longer a value-added step as DEM navigates through the pandemic. Outside of the lower COVID cases and increased vaccinations, there are other factors to consider:
- Based on responding to previous COVID+ reporting, we are still able to gather the needed information that is asked on the onsite log.
- Based on electronic door access, we are able to review door access logs to determine that only approved team members are onsite.
