TTC Training for Team Lead: ‘Engaging Your Team Members in the TTC Conversation’

If you are team lead with direct reports (non-students), you will likely have involvement communicating TTC (Title and Total Compensation) new titles and position descriptions to your team members. Based on the recent campus timeline, conversations should be completed no later than September 10, 2021. In order to prepare for those conversations, we were able to coordinate two sessions with UW TTC experts to discuss ‘Engaging Your Team Members in the TTC Conversation’. Our main objective is to provide you with guidance and support as you prepare for these conversations. Please register for one of the sessions below by June 13. You only should attend one, as the same material will be discussed.  Action Items:
