Return to In Person Services

On August 2, 2021, the Office of Student Financial Aid returned to offering in-person services from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday.  While services at the start of the month were slow, they quickly changed with the start of the semester approaching.  Over the course of August, the front lines team answered over 1,700 emails and over 2,200 phone calls.  We averaged 1 person a day visiting the office in the beginning of August and towards the end of the month averaged 3-5 visitors a day.  Our Advising Team hosted an average of 65 scheduled appointments a week with students and families; in addition to the countless impromptu interactions in person, by phone and by email.  While students and families continue to prefer virtual interactions and our team will be available to support and answer questions in any way that they prefer.
