DEM Admin takes home the 2022 HR Partner Team Award

DEM Admin, comprised of Paula Gates, Kelly Layton and Ann Bradshaw, were recently honored as recipients of the 2022 HR Partner Team Award! This award is intended to recognize teams that exemplified from 2020 through 2022 what it means for HR to serve in consultative partnership with HR’s customers and colleagues alike. Criteria includes working to ensure DEM organization’s success, demonstrating strategic thinking, engaging in process improvement, and demonstrating partnership attributes that benefit DEM and the campus. This competitive campus-wide award serves as an acknowledgement of the dedication Paula, Kelly and Ann have for each team member and the overall division. Well done! They were nominated by the DEM Directors Cori, Scott, Andre, Helen and Jeremy.
