Student Employee Diversity Forum Recap
The Student Employment team in OSFA hosted a very successful Student Employee Diversity Forum on March 15th at Gordon Event Center. Over 110 student employees representing a broad range of offices and roles across campus came together to exchange ideas and reflection while engaging in a variety of topics on diversity, identity, equity and inclusion. The keynote panel and four workshop sessions were very well received and invited us to consider how we can collectively contribute towards a more inclusive Badger community, within and beyond the student employment landscape. We’d also like to give a special thanks to our campus partners, the Office of Inclusion Education and Rec Well, whose contributions in planning and programming were invaluable.
