Dr. Richard Barajas will join us to share how we can recognize microaggressions as well as how to be advocates when witnessing a microaggression happening. This session will count towards the DEI Curriculum requirements. This is an optional session hosted by DEM for team members who are interested. This session does count towards the DEI Curriculum.
