ccessful Student Employee Diversity Forum on November 15 in the Gordon Dining & Event Center. Over 100 student employees—representing a kaleidoscope of offices, roles, and experiences across campus—gathered to engage in meaningful discussion about diversity, identity, equity, and inclusion. The event opened with a captivating keynote from Kacie Lucchini Butcher, who bridged the past and present, artfully encouraging students to see the powerful ways their identities and actions can influence positive change. Students considered the thoughtful ways they can champion inclusivity and inspire equity in their student employment roles and beyond. The forum also offered workshops to offer moments of learning and empower student employees to lead with purpose and create spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.
