Lo Klink was featured as the keynote speaker kicking off the annual Midwest Association of Student Employment Administrators (MASEA) conference in St. Paul, Minnesota June 4-6, 2025. Her speech was entitled, “Fostering Inclusivity Through a Culture of Care,” and provided key strategies in examining the important intersections of authenticity, identity, and collaboration in the workplace. Her methods encouraged leaders of every level to commit to creating positive workplace cultures with the ability to consider continuous evaluation and improvement.
