Admissions & Financial Aid Forge Non-Resident Transfer Pipeline

Transfer Student Pipelines are being considered by Andre Philips working in collaboration with Derek Kindle and Lo Klink. The cross-divisional team is finalizing an agreement with Dougherty Family College in Minnesota to provide tuition and fees to all transferring students who are Pell-eligible and/or public assistance recipients. With the success of this model, Andre is looking to branch out to further potential partners. Andre, Derek, and Lo also discussed expanded financial outreach to high schools in the Chicagoland area. Kari Temkin is leading an effort in Advising & Outreach to better connect with prospective students by providing webinars to our non-resident Pell Grant recipients.
