The new Request for Information Form went live on July 9 as well, allowing inquiring students and families to select academic and non-academic interests and receive customized and personalized information. These include our list of majors, a comprehensive list of student resources and services, and Academic Interest Areas – a new way of grouping our 130 majors into 30 marketable and digestible areas of focus that allow for cross promotion of schools and colleges and promotion of some of our lesser applied to majors.
The counseling staff has been trained and has begun to utilize the CRM for travel planning and management.
Case management launched on September 5. This will allow all emails through the OnWisconsin@admissions. wisc.edu email inbox to be handle via Email to Case. This allows for tracking, tying information and communications to contacts, and allowing to queue based technologies for the Counselor of Duty and Operations inbox. This will allow for a more collaborative and streamlined process to assisting students and families. This will also allow our staff to view all communications to and from a prospective student and their families to offer a greater customer service experience.
