DEM Staff Picnic Update!

DEM Colleagues – I want to update you on arrangements for the DEM Staff Picnic scheduled for Thursday, July 11^th. Where Vilas Park – Located on the north shore of Lake Wingra Next to the Henry Vilas Zoo 1602 Vilas Park Drive Park Shelter has been reserved from 4:00-10:00 p.m. Time Employees may leave work at 3:00 p.m. to attend the picnic. If no one has the shelter reserved for the earlier timeslot, we can use it before our reserved time. Food The DEM Directors (Steve, Terry, Jeremy, Andre, Scott and Derek) will provide the meat (brats, burgers & hot dogs for the kids), buns, condiments and paper goods. We are asking everyone else to bring a dish to pass and their own beverages.  A limited amount of soda and bottled water will be provided.  Alcohol is permitted at Vilas, but no glass beverage containers are permitted.
