October Outreach – Curricular & Enrollment Event

On October 24, Outreach Specialists Kate Kurek (CAMS) and Katie Paar (Student Services) collaborated to host the Fall 2019 Curricular and Enrollment Representative Event. Over 100 curricular and enrollment staff from across campus came together to learn about relevant current and future initiatives. Topics covered included the transition to 25Live Pro, an updated version of the software platform for general-assignment classroom scheduling; the new Credit Evaluation Services team in the RO; the Degree Planner/DARS integrations with Course Search & Enroll; procedures for cancelling class sections with enrollment (departments can no longer do this themselves following the SIS 9.2 upgrade); and updates from Academic Planning and Institutional Research (APIR) on the Sustainability course attribute and requisite amnesty. In addition to Kate and Katie P., presenters included Aaron Apel, Jeff Armstrong, Jennifer Donahoe, Scott Golueke, and Michelle Young (APIR). Slides and a recording of the event can be found on the RO website.
