Revised TTC Timeline, Developed Appeals Process

The Title and Total Compensation (TTC) Project is extending the project timeline to allow for a more in-depth quality assurance (QA) review. This extension ensures titles will be more consistent across UW–Madison’s schools, colleges and divisions. Here is the latest project timeline.* Manager/Employee Conversation DEM is planning for these conversation to occur between February 1 to April 31. Most Standard Job Descriptions (SJDs) should be TTC QA reviewed by January 31, however, if a DEM SJD is not… the conversation must be postponed until QA review. Confirmation Letters DEM staff should have a confirmation letter with their finalized mapping on May 1. Salary Structure HR Staff should have access to salary information on April 1. Campus should have access May 1. Appeal Process Appeals can start on May 1. The planned appeals process can be viewed here.   *This is a very fluid project and dates could change.
