Travel Incorporated and Concur will be DEM’s main travel vendors starting July 1. No more Fox World for DEM.

UW System has made changes to our travel vendors. Effective July 1, there will be two travel service providers for UW Madison non-athletic travel:
  • For employee and guest travel the University will use Travel Incorporated of Duluth, GA.  This includes a continuation of our Administrative Group travel reservation services.
  • For University Group Block services (10 or more on the same flight) the University will continue to use Fox World Travel. [Note: DEM does not utilize group block services]
What remains the same:
  • Concur is the online travel reservation application.  Existing Fox World Travel Concur profiles will be transferred to Travel Incorporated’s Concur platform.
  • The University’s Purchasing Card and My Corporate Card programs continue as is.
  • A dedicated Agent team for reservations and travel assistance.
  • 24/7 travel agency assistance for our travelers.
What will change:
  • Travel Incorporated’s services and Concur application are supported on mobile devices and platforms.
  • Improved rate calculator for lodging and meal per diems in SFS.
  • Need to establish and foster new Agent relationships.
  • UW System will administer the TravelWIse website.
  • Administrative Group travel will be supported with an online process.
