07.22.20 Mental Health Wellness Update
While we all are telecommuting, OSFA will be sharing some ideas to boost your mental health during these difficult times. If you know of any videos, podcasts, articles, events, ideas, etc. that would be perfect to include in these emails, please send them along to Erica Tisdale at erica.tisdale@wisc.edu.
One Way to Improve Your Day: Send a weekly thank you note. As we’ve shared in the past, written expressions of gratitude are linked to an increase in happiness, lower stress, and improved sleep. Consider sending a thank you note to someone you appreciated this week. You could work this into gratitude journaling and after the week is over, you could look back on your journal to decide who you could write a thank you note to.
