TTC (Title and Total Compensation) Project Announces November 7, 2021 Implementation Date

The TTC implementation date has been announced for November 7, 2021. The project will implement a new title and salary structure that applies to academic staff, university staff, and limited appointees. What does the November 7 TTC implementation date mean for DEM Team Members?
  • DEM team members and their managers/supervisors will continue conversations to confirm job titles and position descriptions. Conversations should be complete by September 10, 2021.
  • Notification letters to confirm titles will be sent out between October 11 and November 15, 2021.
  • Pay and employee classification will not be changing. The salary structure will be posted by the TTC Project on November 1, 2021.
