Hotel Preferred Program 2023-2025

In January 2023, the UW System preferred hotel program will move to multi-year hotel agreements from 2023 through 2025. The program is limited to Wisconsin properties only. Participating hotels have agreed to a rate availability of 80% of the time throughout the duration of the program. Rates are guaranteed at either the Wisconsin State Rate or Federal General Services Administration (GSA) rate. State Rate:

• $90 for all counties excluding Milwaukee, Waukesha and Racine Counties.
• $95 Rates for Milwaukee, Waukesha and Racine counties
