University Insurance Association (UIA) Life Insurance is a decreasing term life insurance plan in which all eligible Faculty, Academic Staff, and Limited Appointees are automatically enrolled. There is no enrollment form. Eligibility is reviewed annually based on active employment as of January 1st. University Staff are not eligible.
