OSFA’s WiSH Team Hosts User Group Event

The Office of Student Financial Aid’s Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) Support Team hosted an exciting event that fostered collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation within the realm of scholarship management. As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance scholarship processes across the Wisconsin higher education institutions, the Wisconsin Blackbaud Award Management (BAM) User Group gathered for a site visit in June. This event, spearheaded by Keith Brown and Jen Le, brought together approximately 15 colleagues from various institutions across Wisconsin who also utilize the BAM system for scholarship administration. This event created a platform for more focused discussions on specific topics, challenges, and enhancements related to the Blackbaud Award Management System. The site visit provided attendees with an opportunity to dive deeper into topics that mattered most to them, fostering meaningful dialogue and knowledge sharing. Here are some of the topics discussed:
  • Scholarship Support & Engagement
  • Stewardship Management Strategies
