5th Annual Student Employment Summer Summit (& SEE Training)

The Student Engagement team in the Office of Student Financial Aid is excited to host the 5^th Annual Student Employment Summer Summit Wednesday, July 24, 2024. This one day event will bring together supervisors, hiring managers, and others who support student employment at UW–Madison and beyond for professional development and networking. In addition, OSFA has partnered with the National Student Employment Association (NSEA) to bring their Student Employment Essentials (SEE) training to the UW campus! This training, two one-day professional seminars, will take place July 22 and July 23 and will teach you the skills critical to the success of every student employment professional and your student employment program. These “hands-on” workshops immerse participants in all aspects of legal issues in student employment (day 1) and federal work study (day 2). The first day is particularly great for individuals that are heavily involved with the recruitment and hiring of student employees. Spaces are limited so register soon!
