2% Pay Plan increase to take effect in July

In July, UW–Madison will provide a 2% wage increase to eligible team members under the 2023–2025 pay plan. Faculty, academic staff, university staff, limited appointees, research associates, and research interns may be eligible for pay plan. Some employee categories, including temporary employees and student hourly employees, are not eligible. DEM Admin sent via email pay rate confirmation letters to eligible team members on Friday, June 28, 2024. The 2% increase will be effective June 30, 2024, for team members with 12-month appointments, and these employees will see the increase on the earnings statement for July 25, 2024.
