Remote Work Agreement Headquarters Location Mileage Chart
The Campus Travel and Card Team created this updated chat to help support the new Remote Work Agreement Headquarters Location for team members who use a personal vehicle for business travel mileage claims. Most of us will fall into either the first or second category on this chart with our Headquarters Location being campus.
All our regional team members who are remote for a business need currently live more than 85 miles outside of Madison, so they fall into the fourth category for Headquarters Location. We do not currently have any team members that fall into the third category who are remote for a business need but live less than 85 miles from Madison, WI.
