Legal Holiday Payroll Reminders

  • December B (Sunday, 12/15/2024- Saturday, 12/28/2024) payroll
    • UW–Madison is closed on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 for paid Legal Holidays (https://uwservice.wisconsin.edu/calendars-schedules/legal-holidays/)
    • 8 hours of paid Legal Holiday will automatically be loaded for these 2 days
    • Team members should enter their hours worked and/or absences no later than Saturday, December 28
    • Absences or Leave can be entered in advance
    • Managers/Leads/Supervisors should approve time and/or leave by Monday, December 30, 2024
 
  • January A (Sunday, 12/29/2024-Saturday, 01/11/2025) payroll
    • UW–Madison is closed on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025 for paid Legal Holidays
    • 8 hours of paid Legal Holiday will automatically be loaded for these 2 days
    • Team members should enter their hours worked and/or absences no later than Saturday, January 12, 2025
    • Absences or Leave can be entered in advance
    • Managers/Leads/Supervisors should approve time and/or leave by Monday, January 13, 2025
