Responsible Generative AI Usage Canvas Course – Coming Soon!

We are excited to announce the launch of DEM’s new Responsible Generative AI Usage Canvas course, which will be available starting January 13th. This course is mandatory for all DEM Team Members, including student team members, and must be completed by March 31st. This course is part of our commitment to ensuring that everyone in DEM uses generative AI tools responsibly and ethically. As we integrate these powerful tools into our workflows, it is crucial that we understand the potential impacts and adhere to UW–Madison policies to maintain our standards of integrity and professionalism. Given the rapidly evolving nature of generative AI technology, this course will be refreshed annually and all team members will be required to complete the updated course each year to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices.
