Verify your 2025 Benefit Elections

All DEM team members are encouraged to verify their 2025 benefit elections in MyUW:
  • Log in to my.wisc.edu
  • Under Benefit Information, click “View Benefits”
  • Click “Benefit Enrollment Confirmation Statements” tab at the top
  • Choose the 2025 Benefit Enrollment Confirmation link
    • The pdf will automatically download
  • Verify that your elections are accurate
