OAR Team Presents Revitalizing the OAR KnowledgeBase at the Annual User Group Meeting

On August 8, OAR team members Stephanie Benson-Gonzales, Emilie Dickson, Cameron Olson, and Joshua Rybaski presented at the annual KnowledgeBase (KB) User Group Meeting. Their presentation, titled Revitalizing the OAR KnowledgeBase, included their rationale for recently beginning to use the KB and the rollout of OAR Salesforce documentation on the platform. The group also spoke to their KB highlights thus far, including building a glossary of terms and using KB’s strong search functionality. In addition to documenting internal processes, the team emphasized the KB’s potential as a collaborative tool for both internal and campus-wide partners. By centralizing key resources, the KB can support consistent communication and shared understanding across departments. It can serve as a living resource that reflects the needs of both the OAR team and its partners across the university.
