Organizing and Storing Process Documentation RAMP project

Staff from across the Division of Enrollment Management participated this summer in the RAMP leadership program, and groups prepared projects answering pressing questions that affect the Division as a whole. Our group explored the following question: How can the Division of Enrollment Management create efficiencies to support responsible stewardship of resources and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous assessment? With this question in mind, our team gathered academic readings, interviewed stakeholders, and created a survey to gain further insight into how DEM can organize and store process documentation.
