What to Expect

Every other Tuesday morning, you’ll receive a survey link by email. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and closes the following Friday. Responses are anonymous and aggregated, and your individual answers are never shared.

Why a Pulse Survey? 

Our DEM Pulse Survey is how we listen. Your feedback helps us understand how we’re meeting the needs that support a strong Culture of Belonging. Your anonymous feedback helps inform decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize areas where we’re doing well.

Because this is a pulse survey, we are interested in understanding how you are feeling in that moment or that particular week, not a reflection of how you’ve felt over the past several months. Think of it as a quick check-in that captures your current experience. Over time, these regular snapshots will help us identify meaningful trends and better understand our team’s experiences.
