Update to Microsoft Teams – Audio Conferencing

Beginning January 4, Microsoft Teams will offer an audio conferencing feature as part of our meeting services. Hosts and participants will be able to call into meetings using a toll-free phone number. What action is required? No action is required at this time. Please be aware that you will soon receive an email directly from Microsoft notifying you that the service is active, and will include your Audio Conferencing PIN. It is important to retain your PIN for use with this service. Why is this important? The email communication, automatically generated by Microsoft when this feature is released on January 4, will contain your PIN for use of the service. Please retain this PIN. Want to know more?
