Summer 2021 and Parking Year (PY) 2021-22 Information
As team members are planning their “return to campus” preferences, whether it is a working on-site and/or a hybrid model of working remote, here is information regarding summer 2021 and PY 2021-22 parking. DEM Administration has updated the parking priority assignments based on number of days working on-site per week versus using salary. If several team members are working the same amount of days on-site, seniority will be the second category for assigning priority numbers. Important Note: You must be in the Permit Application System (PAS) in order to apply for campus parking—please reach out to Paula (paula.gates@wisc.edu) if you need to be entered in the PAS. Paula will host an optional ‘DEM Session: Parking’ on June 3, 2021 at 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Reduced Price Parking Permit Options are available for UW–Madison graduate and professional students and team members with a UW salary less that $35,000 per year (in base wages): https://transportation.wisc.edu/2020/11/05/reduced-cost-parking-options-available-to-graduate-professional-students-and-some-employees/
