What to know about open airline credits when we transition from Travel Inc to Fox World Travel July 1, 2024.

On July 1, 2024, the new campus contract vendor for travel will be switching from Travel Inc back to Fox World Travel. This includes flights, car rentals, and hotels booked both in Concur and with an agent directly. All efforts should be made to use up any pending airline credits between now and July 1, 2024. If you know you have credits than you will be unable to use yourself, please let your unit travel leads knows so they can assist with using the credit for other team members within your unit/the division. From July 2, 2024 to September 31, 2024 unused tickets can be used at a higher support fee from Travel Inc. On October 1, 2024, we lose all remaining ticket credits. At that point, there will be no method of recovery of any funds or credits to use on future flights.
