Final push for cloud migration: Moving Jira projects and Confluence spaces

As User Acceptance Testing wraps up and we approach the final phase of migrating our on-premise Jira projects and Confluence spaces to the cloud, we are excited to announce the transition will officially begin at noon on Friday, November 15. At that time our on-premise Jira and Confluence environments will be put into read-only mode. Once the migration is complete, workgroup members will be validating the environments migrated successfully and will host a go/no go meeting with workgroup members first thing on Monday, November 18. In preparation for the migration to the cloud, KL&A will also be providing two training sessions on the differences between our on-premise and new cloud instances of Jira and Confluence. The trainings will be basic, focusing on usability and navigation and highlighting the differences between on-premise and cloud versions to help users understand where to go immediately after the production release.  Both sessions will be recorded and available for future reference as well.
