Introduction

The Division of Enrollment Management (DEM) strives for a culture of belonging that ensures all team members are able to connect, learn, engage, and be supported within the workplace. This holistic roadmap for belonging identifies 9 distinct fundamental needs to ensure efforts are appropriately aligned to build a strong and dynamic organizational culture. Accountability to continued progress in our roadmap to a culture of belonging will be measured through our ability to advance each of these fundamental needs and it will be critical that each team member play a part in order to achieve organizational growth.
