DEM Position Recruitment Overview

This optional session will provide an overview of DEM recruitment processes and the ways many across the Division play an active role in recruiting the best talent possible.  No matter your role in recruitments, this session is intended to help provide background to de-mystify the DEM recruitment process while providing time to answer questions and share of resources. This session will be split into two parts with part 1 being focused on more of the general recruitment process, including recruitment standards, roles, strategies, and the use of AI. Part 2 will focus on additional considerations from a supervisor’s lens. All DEM team members are welcome to join for one or both parts (no offense taken if you join late or leave early).
