Emotions: How would it feel to honor and value them, rather than ignore or dismiss what we are feeling? Understanding our emotions, what causes them, and the impact they have on our thoughts and actions is an essential practice of emotional intelligence. Learn the skill of PAN to explore emotions as data for more responsive – rather than reactive – interactions, communication, and decision-making. Registration is required and closes on July 9th.
This is an optional session hosted by DEM for team members who are interested. This session count towards the DEI Curriculum and you do not have to attend prior EQ@Work Sessions to register for this session. If you have any questions about this session or the EQ@Work series, please contact Justin Mumford (justin.mumford@wisc.edu).
