OPTIONAL – Challenge by Choice: Cultivating Resilient Communities Follow-up

This optional DEM Session seeks to deepen our understanding of the topic of resiliency and generative conflict that Amanda Florence Garcia Goodenough presented to us on April 8th. While the April 8th session was focused on understanding the topic of cultural resiliency, this session will offer the opportunity to be engaged in further discussion with fellow DEM team members about how we take what was shared and connect it back to our work. This challenge by choice session will be highly interactive and is intended is intended to offer a space for anyone who would like to have more discussion and engagement with the topic.
