Occupational Wellness: Podcast discussion
For the last series of our 2026 Well-Being Task Force programming, we will focus on Occupational Wellness. This dimension of wellness includes setting and achieving your career goals in a healthy way, embracing opportunities for growth, and building supportive relationships that contribute to both personal and professional success.
For the second of our three offerings on Occupational Wellness, we will have a conversation about two podcast episodes. The first is an episode of All About Living which features April McHugh as a guest. The episode, on the topic of Career Management, will complement April’s October presentation. The first 35 minutes are most pertinent for our discussion.
The second is an episode of The Curiosity Shop with Adam Grant and Brene Brown. The episode titled Rethinking Leadership, Work, and Human Connection in the Age of AI, is a solo episode with Adam Grant answering listener questions. Starting at about the 27-minute mark, Grant discusses careers and the nature of work. Please feel free to join the discussion even if you are not able to listen to the podcasts.
