Student Employee Elite (SEE) Program

The Division of Enrollment Management Student Employee Elite (SEE) Program is designed to recognize the unique contributions of talented student employees within the Office of Admissions & Recruitment, Office of Student Financial Aid, Student Success Through Applied Research Lab, Office of the Registrar, as well as the Office of the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management.  The cohort experience will provide opportunities for student employees to connect with DEM leadership through a series of leadership luncheons, participate in skill development workshops and cohort-based reflections on skills learned, as well as gain unique insights into enrollment management and higher education at large.

This is not a required program for DEM student employees, but is intended to provide a paid opportunity for those interested in gaining skills, building new connections, and increasing overall knowledge of enrollment management. There will be a selection process that will utilize what is submitted in the brief application with the goal of a cohort of roughly 8-10 that is representative across the various areas in the Division of Enrollment Management.
