Staff Honored as Mentor for Women Leaders in College Sports
Women Leaders in College Sports is an amazing professional organization dedicated to advancing and supporting women in sports and beyond. Tristin Marotz, Academic Athletic Eligibility Specialist, has been a member since 2015, and took part in the Administrative Advancement Institute in summer 2015.
This was an educational and inspiring week long training that focused on personal and professional growth. In addition to the professional connections, her most memorable take away was to “lift as you rise.” Given the current world we live in, the Administrative Advancement Institute is being offered online. As a way to ensure that participants get the full experience the organization reached out for mentors. Tristin is honored to be mentoring Felicia Tucker from Georgia Tech. She is looking forward to getting to know her more and helping her grow through this amazing opportunity! The Office of the Registrar is honored and proud to have Tristin as part of our staff and look forward to the impact she will make as a mentor.
