Flu Shots for Employees and Students – Ends October 16

Campus is once again offering flu shots for employees and students.   Employee flu shots costs $25 without proof of insurance (spouses, partners, and children/dependents of employees are not eligible to receive flu shots at these clinics). Please see https://www.uhs.wisc.edu/medical/flu-shots/ for more information. You do not need to complete the DEM Onsite Team Members Log if you are solely getting your flu shot.
