Reminder: StayWell Wellness $150 Incentive – Deadline October 9

• Deadline to complete 3 wellness activities, to earn the $150 incentive, is October 9, 2020.
• Wellness activity options are available through the StayWell portal.
• The Well Wisconsin Incentive will be mailed directly to the participant’s home once all 3 activities are complete.
• The $150 incentive is taxable and will be taxed on payroll once UW Shared Services/Service Center has been notified and processes the report.
