All DEM team members are encouraged to verify their 2024 benefit elections in MyUW:

Log in to my.wisc.edu
Under Benefit Information, click “Launch full app”
Click “Benefit Enrollment Confirmation Statements”
Choose the 2024 Benefit Enrollment Confirmation
- The pdf will automatically download
Verify that your elections are accurate
