2024-25 Parking Permit Offers (valid September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025)

Round 1 parking assignment offers were sent via email on July 10-11, 2024. If you received an offer, it needs to be accepted and purchased no later than July 30, 2024. Round 2 applications opened on July 10 and will close on July 30. Permit offers will be emailed between July 31-August 1, and the deadline to accept offers is August 13. Round 3 applications open on August 2 and close August 13. Permit offers will be emailed on August 14, and the deadline to accept offers is August 17. Round 4 applications open August 15 and close August 27. Permit offers will be emailed on August 28, and the deadline to accept offers is September 10. Team members can continue to apply for parking throughout the parking year (September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025) and applications will be processed every two weeks. Applying within the first several rounds increases the likelihood of receiving a permit offer. The UW–Madison campus has 9,000 parking spaces for 34,000 faculty and staff.
