Travel Inc. replaced Fox World Travel

UW–Madison’s travel agency for individual travel has changed from Fox World Travel to Travel, Inc. on July 1, 2020. Concur users received a notification their travel profile was transferred from Fox World Travel to Travel Inc. Now would be a good time to review your profiles for accuracy. If you are a new team member, please contact Kelly Layton for assistance creating a Concur profile. Team members will still book travel via Concur, but any assistance will be from a Travel Inc. agent. UW System is providing an open session on July 16 to learn more about the change. Note: this session may also discuss Group Travel, which doesn’t apply to DEM.
