If you know of any videos, podcasts, articles, events, ideas, etc. that would be perfect to include in these emails, please send them along to Erica Tisdale at erica.tisdale@wisc.edu.   One Way to Improve Your Day: Hone your time management skills. In times of uncertainty, finding a sense of control is an important way to alleviate stress. Although there are many things we can’t control right now, time management will give you a greater sense of control over your work and personal life. Consider blocking off time at the end of your work day to create a short to-do list. Creating a to do list at the end of the day will help you pick up where you left off the next day as well as give you a clearer idea of your priorities.
