New visualization shows Guide workflow progress
In mid-November, the Office of the Registrar (RO) published a new Tableau workbook that provides valuable information about the editing status and approval workflow for the 1,500+ Guide pages that are edited, reviewed and published annually. The workbook, which includes both a filterable data table and a data exporter, was authored by Jennifer Donahoe (Data Specialist), in consultation with Eric MacKay (Assistant Registrar for Degree Audit and Academic Programs). This new visualization is part of an ongoing collaboration between the Office of the Registrar (RO), Academic Planning and Institutional Research (APIR), and the Office of Data Management and Analytics Services (ODMAS) to put Guide and Lumen data into the hands of campus users.
